Cancellation & Rescheduling

 

All appointment changes MUST be made 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Rescheduling or canceling any later than 24 hours will result in a fee of 50% of the service charge. No call, no shows will result in 100% of the service charge. Appointment changes can be made through your square appointment confirmation email and text or through the booking link on this site.

 

If you are running late to your appointment please call or text to let me know. If you arrive late, please note that I will only be able to lash you for the time that you have booked. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I reserve the right to reschedule you and charge a late cancel fee.  

 

Please plan ahead and please be respectful of my time.

 

Payment

 

I accept payment by card or cash. Cash is always preferred.

 

Location & Parking

 

Hey, Honey is located on a residential street in the quiet neighborhood of Mt. Tabor. There is free parking on both sides of the street. Please be mindful not to block anyone’s driveway.

 

New Client Fills

 

If you are a new client coming to me from another artist, please note that depending on the condition of your lashes I may need to remove your lash set if I am unable to work with what you have on. At that point we will discuss options to get you back in for a full set if I am unable to complete the removal and full set service in the time you have booked. 

 

Unexpected Lash Loss

You must contact me within 48 hours of your service if you are experiencing any immediate lash extension shedding after your appointment. This means 10 or more extensions have fallen off within the first 48 hours, not attached to your natural lash. I will have you come back to see me within the week at no charge, but you must contact me within 48 hours.
 

 

Client Lash Care Expectations

 

Lash extensions MUST be cleansed daily with a lash safe shampoo and cleansing brush.

 

The health of your natural lashes is my top priority, and should be yours too! I require that all of my lash extension clients practice diligent, daily lash cleansing and brushing routines. Your lash line will accumulate oil, dead skin, tears and makeup residue if you are not washing your lashes 1-2x a day. When there is build up on your lash line you are more likely to experience poor retention and premature lash shedding, damage to your natural lashes, and may develop an eye infection like blepharitis. Once I see the possibility of damage to your natural lashes due to lack of care and cleansing, I will have to advise that we remove your extensions so that your natural lashes can heal.

If you are ever unclear on how to properly take care of your lashes I will be happy to go over every step with you until you feel comfortable. I do everything in my power to provide you with all the tools to care for your extensions, and I expect my clients to do their part between fills to keep lashes clean and happy!

Client Lash Length & Styling Expectations

Depending on your lash line and the condition of your natural lashes, specific lengths and styles may not be achievable. I will only place lash extensions on your natural lashes that I deem safe for long term wear. I will always be firm about what I think your natural lashes can tolerate, so please come with the understanding that you may need to compromise length and styling for the health of your natural lashes.
